Vertical & Vine was born out of a simple concept: we couldn’t find unique, high-quality garden planters and obelisks that could be customized for our curated outdoor spaces. Our clematis and vines were an eyesore during all but the height of the season when they would hide the structures they were climbing on. 

Frustrated by a marketplace filled with uninspired options, we decided to take matters into our own hands. Drawing on years of hands-on gardening and a shared eye for design, we sketched, prototyped, and perfected a line of bespoke planters and obelisks. What began as a personal passion project has blossomed into a brand dedicated to elevating every garden.

For us, gardening is more than a hobby—it’s a source of peace and beauty. We treasure the quiet mornings drinking coffee and watching the world wake up. Inviting friends and family into these spaces brings laughter, connection, and memories that linger long after the petals fall.

When neighbors and loved ones saw these custom pieces in our gardens, requests poured in. Encouraged by enthusiastic feedback, we launched Vertical & Vine to share our locally handcrafted designs with the world. Each planter and obelisk is produced to exacting standards, blending artisanal craftsmanship with thoughtful personalization so every customer can create their own outdoor retreat.
